Thoughtful Transformation on a Budget – 2BHK Home Revamp

Project Brief:

This small-budget interior revamp project involved reimagining a modest 2BHK home by blending the charm of existing furniture with thoughtfully selected new additions. The goal was to refresh the space, enhance functionality, and create a warm, cohesive aesthetic — all while working within a tight budget.

Scope of Work:
The transformation focused on updating room finishes across the two bedrooms and giving the living room a fresh, inviting new look. Key aspects included:

• Living Room: A complete redesign was undertaken using a mix of new furniture and refurbished pieces. The layout was optimized for better flow and comfort, while a neutral palette with pops of color was used to brighten the space. Textiles and accessories were chosen to bring warmth and texture.
• Bedrooms: Finishes in both bedrooms were updated — including new wall treatments, improved lighting, and subtle upgrades to soft furnishings. Existing furniture was retained and creatively repurposed or refreshed to align with the new design language.
• Furniture Strategy: By preserving and reusing well-built existing pieces, we reduced costs and environmental impact. Select new items were added strategically to fill gaps and add contemporary touches.

This project reflects a belief that good design doesn’t have to come with a high price tag. Through creative reuse, selective updates, and attention to detail, the home now feels renewed and personal, while retaining its original character.
