Terms for P.O.P Work
- Punning Work:
- Punning work on walls will be carried out for an area up to a maximum of 100 sq. ft.
- Ceiling Cut-Out for Electrical:
- Ceiling cut-out for electrical work will be performed as required.
- Ceiling Patch Filling:
- Ceiling patch filling will be provided for an area up to 100 sq. ft.
General Terms
- Spare Parts / Materials: All spare parts / materials required for repairs or replacements will be separate from the service cost. Spare parts will be provided only upon the client’s request and will be billed at actual cost without any markup.
- Service Duration: A maximum of 3 hours of work will be provided per visit. Any additional time required beyond 3 hours will be subject to prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- Payment: The payment for the AMC will be taken 100% in advance. The tenure will start from the day of the payment received and any service required will be done only after the payment is received.
- Service Delay: We will make every reasonable effort to provide timely service under this Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). However, services may be delayed or rescheduled in the event that the request falls on or immediately before any major national, regional, or religious festival (such as Diwali, Eid, Holi, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.).
