Terms for Plumbing Services
- Scope of Work:
- Internal Pipelines: Internal plumbing lines (e.g., inside walls or floors) will not be repaired or serviced under this agreement.
- External Leakages: The service will address only external leakages in visible plumbing systems, such as pipes and fittings.
- External Plumbing Fittings: The replacement or repair of external plumbing fittings (e.g., faucets, taps, and external connections) will be carried out as part of the services.
- Loft Tank Cleaning:
- Loft tank cleaning will only be performed if there is proper access (an accessible opening) available for cleaning. If no access is available, cleaning will not be undertaken.
- Flush Tank Repair / Replacement:
- Repair or replacement of flush tanks will only be done if there is no civil work required, such as breaking walls or floors to access plumbing.
General Terms
- Spare Parts / Materials: All spare parts / materials required for repairs or replacements will be separate from the service cost. Spare parts will be provided only upon the client’s request and will be billed at actual cost without any markup.
- Service Duration: A maximum of 3 hours of work will be provided per visit. Any additional time required beyond 3 hours will be subject to prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- Payment: The payment for the AMC will be taken 100% in advance. The tenure will start from the day of the payment received and any service required will be done only after the payment is received.
- Service Delay: We will make every reasonable effort to provide timely service under this Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). However, services may be delayed or rescheduled in the event that the request falls on or immediately before any major national, regional, or religious festival (such as Diwali, Eid, Holi, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc.).
